There isn't one particular grocery store we shop exclusively at here in Phuket. Rather, we get a few things from each of the different stores depending on their prices and what they have available. For imported goods, we go to Makro, Villa Market ( organic and some gluten free flour), Central ( for British items from Waitrose), Super Cheap ( where most Thais shop, has a 7/11 vibe to it but also has vegetables and groceries), and Big C. Open air 'wet markets' are the best place to have a cheap Thai meal and pick up Thai ingredients as well as fish.
For bread ( until I learn to bake), there are two family run bakeries on the island. One of them uses French flour which means they absolutely are hands down the best!
Kaya loves shopping at Makro because of the seafood section which has live fish swimming about, not know what fate awaits them. We went away with a huge back of passion fruit and blueberries, both of which Billy and I didn't even get to try as the little one scarfed them down.
